生物质焦油不同温度段馏分成分GC-MS分析

GC-MS Analysis of Biomass Tar Distillate Composition under Different Temperature

摘要: 生物质焦油的产生会对燃气管道和燃气灶具造成堵塞、污染和腐蚀等,制约了生物质能源产业的可持续发展。本研究以毕节市农机研究所设计的秸秆气化炉在生物质制气过程中产生的焦油为研究对象,采用GC/MS法对110~160℃、160~200℃、200~210℃和210~220℃四个温度段的焦油馏分组成成分进行了分析,结果表明,已定性的16种化合物中有甲苯及14种酚类衍生物和1种脂肪酸酯,为寻求焦油的处理方法提供参考。

Abstract: The production of biomass tar caused clogging, pollution and corrosion in the gas pipeline and gas cooker, which restricted the sustainable development of biomass energy industry. The composition of biomass tar distillate produced during biomass gasification process in straw gasifier designed by Agricultural Machinery Institute was analyzed by GC/MS method for four temerature ranges of 110~160℃, 160~160℃, 200~210℃ and 210~220℃. The results showed that there were 16 kinds of qualitative compounds, which were methylbenzene and 14 kinds of phenolic derivatives, and one kind of fatty acid ester. This study provided reference for tar processing method.
